Cable Inspection First

Before replacing any limiter, follow the manual’s first step: re-plug the upper and lower limiter cables. Open the relevant access panels. Disconnect and reconnect each limiter plug to clear contact oxidation. Inspect the cables along their entire length for looseness, breakage, or aging. If a cable is damaged, repair or replace the wire first. Only proceed to limiter replacement if the fault persists after confirming the wiring is intact.

Removing the Old Limiters

Locate the upper and lower limiters at their respective travel ends. Disconnect each limiter cable from the mainboard or intermediate connector. Testing and Reset

Reconnect power and turn on the printer. Jog the relevant axis toward each limiter from the control panel. The printer should detect the limit and stop smoothly without slamming. If the limiter error is cleared and the axis moves normally, run a nozzle check and print a test pattern. Once the limiter fault is eliminated and printing is stable, the NC-UV0609PEIII-II​ is ready for production. Post-Replacement Care

Periodically inspect the limiters and their cables for dust, looseness, or wear. Keep the travel paths clear of obstacles to avoid triggering collision or limiter faults. Note that the one-year maintenance warranty excludes ink-related parts, and using non-NOCAI ink may affect after-sales support.
