Removing the Old Motherboard

Open the electrical cabinet. Before disconnecting anything, photograph every cable connection and label each plug with its position. Disconnect cables one by one—starting from the outermost connectors—and label them clearly. Remove the grounding screw first, then the mounting screws securing the board to the chassis. Testing and Calibration

Reconnect power and turn on the printer. The control panel should boot normally. Once booted, run the calibration wizard from the RIIN software to reset printhead, motor, and sensor parameters. Print a comprehensive test pattern to verify all functions—printheads, X-axis motor, capping station, and the negative-pressure ink system. If the printer fails to initialize, power off immediately and re-verify cable mapping. If anomalies persist, contact your local NOCAI distributor for technical support. Post-Replacement Care
