Site preparation and uncrating

Place the 226 kg printer on a stable, level base indoors with air conditioning and grounding; remove the wooden case and foot-cup fixed frame before use. Keep 25–28°C / 35–65%相対湿度, ほこりを避ける, sunlight, and flammable areas. Verify local voltage matches the nameplate. Because the machine weighs 226 kg net and 430 kg gross, use at least four people to move it safely.

Power-on initialization

Connect power, turn on the rear main switch, and press the front boot button. The printer runs initialization: ink station descends, wiper moves, carriage shifts, platform moves, carriage returns above the ink station, and the head is capped. Open the driver software after connecting the computer; confirm “online” and control left/right, front/back, and Z-axis motion normally.

Software, driver and ink filling

On a Windows PC, install the runtime components, Nocai driver, and FlexiPRINT MiniServer 22; connect the printer via network cable and configure the port. Add genuine Nocai eco UV ink by color labels, then run manual pumping until ink flows without air. Use original ink only—non-Nocai ink voids after-sales support.

Calibration and test printing

Run new-machine calibration in order: ノズルチェック, step calibration, 垂直方向の配置, and bidirectional calibration. Print a nozzle test strip; チャンネルが欠落した場合, run automatic cleaning and retest. Load a sample acrylic or gift-box file, set head height 2–3 mm, and print. 設置後のケア

毎日ノズルチェックを実行する, keep negative-pressure ink clean, 25 ～ 28°C を維持します / 35–65%相対湿度. Service the wiper, cap station, encoder strip, and rails per the manual. ソフトウェアのバージョンを記録する, インクの色, and calibration values for future maintenance.
