ちゃんとした NC-UV0609MAX-Ⅱ Ink Pad Replacement​ keeps the waste-ink system safe on this 600×900 mm industrial UV printer. The NC-UV0609MAX-II uses Epson 13200-U1 white, 13200-U1HD color and 11600-U1 varnish, runs CMYK+LC+LM+LK+LIK+W+V at 720×600/900/1200 dpi, FlexiPRINT ミニサーバー 22, 470W, AC220/110V, negative-pressure eco UV ink, 25–28℃ / 35–65%相対湿度 . During auto cleaning, scraping and ink pumping, excess UV ink goes to the cap station and waste path; a saturated pad or bottle causes overflow, chassis contamination and head issues. Replacing the pad restores clean waste management.

準備

プリンターの電源を切り、プラグを抜きます; 接地を確認する. ニトリル手袋を着用する. Open the cover and move the carriage to the maintenance position through the panel, driver or FlexiPRINT. Prepare a new genuine Nocai ink/absorber pad, 糸くずの出ないワイプ, イソプロピルアルコール, ピンセット, screwdriver and absorbent paper. Photograph the cap-station cover, pad tray, waste tube and sensor before removal.

Removing the old ink pad

Locate the waste pad under or beside the capping station. Remove the cap-station cover clips or screws, then lift the old pad with tweezers. Avoid squeezing accumulated UV ink. If your unit uses a waste bottle instead of a sponge pad, disconnect the tube and empty or replace the bottle rather than fitting a pad. Place all waste in a sealed bag for chemical disposal.

Cleaning and installing the new pad

Wipe the tray with alcohol-moistened wipes; remove dried ink, debris and hardened residue. Check the waste tube for blockage and flush with alcohol if needed. Let the tray dry. Fit the OEM pad flat, covering the whole bottom without folds; reinstall the cap-station cover and tighten clips lightly. Reconnect the waste tube and confirm no kinks toward the carriage path or UV lamp.

Counter reset and testing

電源を入れる, enter maintenance or service menu, and reset the waste-ink counter if the model supports it. Run manual pumping until ink reaches the waste path, then Auto Cleaning; the system performs scraping, ink washing and capping. Print a nozzle test on transparent media; all CMYK+W+V channels should fire evenly. When no overflow appears, the NC-UV0609MAX-II Ink Pad Replacement​ is complete and the printer is ready for production.

Post-replacement care

Inspect the pad or bottle weekly in the first month, then monthly. Keep 25–28°C / 35–65%相対湿度, use only Nocai original UV ink and pads, and service the cap station, wiper and encoder strip per manual. Non-Nocai ink voids after-sales support.
