Description
Neutral UV ink is between rigidity and flexibility, with moderate flexibility and hardness (Shore hardness A80-B20). The cured ink film can be bent in a small range without deformation, and is suitable for semi-rigid substrates such as acrylic and metal sheets. UV irradiation second curing, balances adhesion to polar/non-polar surfaces without complex pretreatment. Low VOC, strong weather resistance, friction and chemical corrosion resistance, widely used in signs, electronic panels, automotive interiors, etc. where hardness and toughness are required.
