　　1. Company requirements: The full-time enterprise, with the qualification of legal distribution and sales channel;

　　2. The demo machines display requirements: Show the corresponding demo machines and ensure the machines work well;

　　3. Territorial Restriction: The sales, marketing promotion and after-sales service of products should be conducted in the territory which is specified in the agreement;

　　4. Competition Restriction: Nocai machine shall never be placed in the subordinate position, comparing with the competitive products, in the promotion of business display platform, telephone sales, and any kinds of printed pages or electronic media advertising;

　　5. Price limitation: Dealer has the right to set up its own retail price and reseller price, but its price should not lower than the lowest retail price issued by Nocai;

　　6. Business secret: All the information involved in the cooperation between the exclusive agent, distributor and Nocai, including but not limited to machine parameters, price, sales policy, promotion policy, agreement and so on, except the sales information shown to the customers, are all belong to the business secret between two cooperation parties and not be allowed to disclose them to any third party.
