NC-UV0609PEIII-II インクカートリッジ交換

ちゃんとした NC-UV0609PEIII-II Ink cartridge replacement is required when the printer indicates low ink, the cartridge chip reports empty, or ink color is depleted. The ink cartridge supplies UV-curable ink to the printhead through the peristaltic pump system. Timely replacement prevents air ingestion and printhead starvation. Follow the steps below carefully.

Preparation

Power on the printer (do not power off during cartridge change unless instructed). Wear nitrile gloves to avoid skin contact with UV ink. Prepare a clean workspace with absorbent paper. You will need: new genuine ink cartridges matching the installed color set (CMYK, 白, ワニス, 等), lint-free wipes, and isopropyl alcohol for cleanup.

Identifying the Empty Cartridge

Check the ink level indicator on the control panel or RIP software. Identify which color needs replacement. Open the ink compartment door. Locate the corresponding cartridge – typically a 500 mL or 1 L bottle with a chip connector.

Removing the Old Cartridge

Close the ink valve on the cartridge (if present) or prepare to catch drips. Disconnect the ink tube fitting from the cartridge. Remove the chip connector. Lift the old cartridge out and seal its opening with the cap. Place it upright in a disposal bag. Wipe any spilled ink immediately.

Installing the New Cartridge

Remove the cap from the new cartridge. Insert the chip connector, ensuring it clicks. Connect the ink tube fitting firmly. Open the ink valve if applicable. Place the cartridge into the holder. Close the ink compartment door.

Priming and Testing

Enter the maintenance menu on the printer. Select “Replace Ink” or “Prime” for the replaced channel. The printer will automatically purge air from the tube. Monitor the waste line for steady ink flow without bubbles. Run a nozzle check to confirm all channels fire. Print a small test pattern to verify color density. If the new cartridge was for white or varnish, run an extra cleaning cycle. Once ink flows steadily and prints are normal, the NC-UV0609PEIII-II is ready for production.

Post-Replacement Care

Reset the ink counter in the RIP software if prompted. Dispose of old cartridges according to local regulations. Store spare cartridges in a cool, dark place. Check tube connections weekly for leaks.
