Placez le 226 kg printer on a stable, level base indoors with air conditioning and grounding; remove the wooden case and foot-cup fixed frame before use. Power-on initialization

Connect power, turn on the rear main switch, and press the front boot button. The printer runs initialization: ink station descends, wiper moves, carriage shifts, platform moves, carriage returns above the ink station, and the head is capped. Open the driver software after connecting the computer; confirm “online” and control left/right, front/back, and Z-axis motion normally.

Software, driver and ink filling

On a Windows PC, install the runtime components, Nocai driver, and FlexiPRINT MiniServer 22; connect the printer via network cable and configure the port. Add genuine Nocai eco UV ink by color labels, then run manual pumping until ink flows without air. Use original ink only—non-Nocai ink voids after-sales support.

Calibration and test printing
