Remplacement du moteur de l'axe X NC-UV0406-VI
2026-10-12 48 Vues
Approprié NC-UV0406-VI X-axis motor replacement restores smooth carriage motion on this A2 desktop UV printer. It uses dual Epson I1600-U1 heads, 400×600 mm bed, 0–180 mm de hauteur, CMYK+W/V at 1200 ppp, FlexiPRINT 22, 143W, CA 220/110 V, eco UV ink, 25–28°C/35–65% RH. A failing X motor causes banding, homing loss, or stalls; an OEM Nocai stepper returns accurate positioning.
Préparation
Power off and unplug; porter des gants antistatiques. Open the cover and center the carriage. Prepare drivers, clé dynamométrique, belt gauge, lingettes, and an OEM X-axis motor for NC-UV0406-VI. Photograph the bracket, pulley, belt route, and cable. Inspect belt, idlers, and home sensor before removal.
Remove Old Motor
Disconnect the motor cable from the board or driver and label phases. Release belt tension at the tensioner or loosen pulley set screws. Unbolt the bracket, remove the old motor, and take off the pulley if reused. Check bearings, coupler, and cable for ink or heat damage.
Install New Motor
Mount the OEM motor in the original orientation and torque bracket screws evenly per the Nocai manual. Refit the pulley, align it with the idler, and install the belt without twists. Route the cable away from the carriage path and UV lamp. Turn the rotor by hand to confirm free motion.
Belt, Homing and Test
Power on and run homing; the carriage should reach the origin smoothly. Set belt tension to spec, then print an X-axis ruler in FlexiPRINT and measure it against design size. Adjust motor current or encoder offset if drift remains. When alignment is correct, the NC-UV0406-VI X-axis motor replacement is complete.
Soins post-remplacement
Check belt tension and motor temperature weekly; keep 25–28°C/35–65% RH. Use only Nocai OEM motor, belt, and ink to protect warranty and maintain stable X-axis accuracy.
