NC-UV0609MAX-II Origin sensor replacement

Adecuado NC-UV0609MAX-II Origin sensor replacement restores reliable carriage homing on this 600×900 mm industrial UV printer. The NC-UV0609MAX-II prints 0–180 mm height, utiliza Epson 13200-U1 blanco, 13200-Color U1HD y barniz 11600-U1, ejecuta CMYK+LC+LM+LK+LIK+W+V a 720×600/900/1200 ppp, Miniservidor FlexiPRINT 22, 470W., CA 220/110 V, tinta eco UV de presión negativa, 25–28°C / 35–65% HR. El sensor de origen detecta la referencia del carro al inicio.; offset, damage or signal loss causes error 107 zero-point faults, failed homing, crashes near the ink station, or wrong start margins. Fitting a genuine Nocai sensor returns stable registration.

Preparación

Power off, unplug and verify grounding. Press emergency stop if fitted, use guantes antiestáticos, and prepare a Phillips driver, pinzas, toallitas sin pelusa, ≥99% de alcohol isopropílico, a multimeter and the NC-UV0609MAX-II manual. Move the carriage away from the home side through the panel or by hand after power isolation. Fotografíe el soporte del sensor., ruta del cable, connector and flag position before removal.

Fault confirmation

Run homing and check symptoms: no home position, X-axis value not updating, repeated origin errors, or carriage crashing after moving left/right. The MAX-II manual lists origin-sensor offset, origin-sensor replacement, origin-sensor cable replacement and cart-board replacement for such faults; error 107 indicates abnormal origin cart-sensor signal, while 108 points to encoder issues rather than the origin switch. Clean the sensor window first—ink dust can mimic failure.

Remove the old sensor

Disconnect the origin-sensor cable from the mainboard or intermediate connector and label it. Desenrosque el sensor de su soporte., tenga en cuenta la dirección de detección, and lift the old unit out. Inspeccionar la lente, cable, bracket and carriage flag for ink mist, looseness or physical damage. Do not bend the cable or touch nearby encoder strip during removal.

Install the new sensor

Fit the OEM Nocai origin sensor in the original orientation. Alinee su ranura o cara de detección con la bandera del carro/objetivo reflectante, keep the recommended gap per manual, and tighten screws lightly to avoid tilt. Reroute the cable away from the X-axis belt, carriage path and UV lamp area, then lock the connector. Confirm the sensor does not contact the moving flag.

Homing and alignment test

Release emergency stop, power on, and run the homing sequence; the carriage should move to the origin and stop precisely without overshoot. Move left/right to confirm X-axis values update smoothly.

Wipe the sensor window weekly with alcohol, keep the flag free of ink dust, and check cable ties and bracket torque monthly. Service rails, tira codificadora, belt and ink station per manual, use only Nocai original sensors and eco UV ink, y mantener entre 25 y 28 °C / 35–65% HR.
