准备

Do not touch the printheads, encoder strip or ink lines during setup.

拆下旧皮带

Loosen the tensioner until the belt relaxes. Release the belt clamp or idle pulley bracket, then slip the old belt off the motor pulley and Y pulley. Note the original routing direction. Install the new belt

Route the OEM belt along the original path without twisting. Seat it fully into the pulley grooves, then fit the clamp or idle pulley in the same position. 用张紧器施加初始张力. Tension and test move

Movement should be smooth, with no jump, squeak or Y shift. Print a step grid and bidirectional pattern; lines must stay aligned. 更换后护理
