NC-UVDTF60 Ink sac replacement

Правильный NC-UVDTF60 Ink sac replacement (also called ink damper replacement) is required when prints show ink starvation, persistent air bubbles, mid-roll color dropout, or frequent head cleaning cycles that no longer recover nozzle firing. The ink sac sits directly before the printhead, acting as the final filter and pressure buffer—removing impurities and air bubbles while stabilizing ink flow to prevent nozzle clogging and printhead damage. NOCAI’s official after-sales videos for the UVDTF60 series emphasize that accessory replacement must be performed when the device is powered off—never operate powered on. Replacing the ink sac restores clean, stable ink delivery and protects your printhead. Внимательно следуйте инструкциям ниже.

Подготовка

Power off the printer and disconnect the mains cable—NOCAI explicitly requires powered-off state for accessory replacement. Наденьте нитриловые перчатки.. Prepare absorbent paper towels under the carriage area to catch ink drips and protect the printhead flat cable; the NC-UVDTF60-PLUS manual warns that water-like substances on the printhead cable can burn out the printhead and board if the machine is powered on. Вам понадобится: new genuine ink sacs matched to your printhead model (i1600 or i3200), hose clamps or hemostats, scissors, пинцеты, безворсовые салфетки, and a small syringe for priming.

Clamping and Removing the Old Sac

Move the carriage to the maintenance position. Clamp the ink tube firmly near the ink tank to prevent ink from flowing out. Gently pinch the sides of the old sac shell and lift it upward slowly. Avoid pressing the inner plunger—pressing releases ink and creates a mess. If the tube is difficult to detach, cut it close to the sac with scissors to preserve tubing length. Dispose of the old sac in a sealed bag.

Installing and Priming the New Sac

Connect the ink tube to the new sac, pushing it firmly onto the barb fitting until fully seated. Fill the new sac with ink using a syringe—draw ink slowly from the bottom inlet until the sac is 70–80% full and no air bubbles remain. Then seat the primed sac onto the printhead manifold, pushing until it clicks or seats firmly. Ensure it stands vertical; an angled sac will leak air. Release the hose clamp to restore ink flow.

Тестирование

Подключите питание и включите принтер.. Enter the maintenance menu: RIGHT → Equipment Maintenance → Manual Ink Pumping, and click Enter to start ink extraction. Then run Auto Cleaning (select All, confirm). Print a test strip—if there is color missing or ink breakage, continue with manual printhead cleaning until the test strip is fully printed. For white ink, NOCAI recommends pumping more than 10 mL from the damper during troubleshooting. Once the nozzle check shows clean, unbroken lines across all channels, the NC-UVDTF60 Ink sac replacement is complete and the printer is ready for production.

Уход после замены

Replace ink sacs every 3–6 months depending on production volume—heavy use may require every 3–4 months. Keep the ink sac area clean and dust-free. Note that the one-year maintenance warranty excludes ink-related parts, and using non-NOCAI ink may void after-sales support.
