Instalação da base NC-UVDTF60 PLUS

Apropriado NC-UVDTF60 PLUS Base Installation lays the foundation for stable, high-quality Crystal Label production. The NC-UVDTF60-PLUS weighs 280 kg with dimensions of 1071×1728×1535 mm, requiring a solid, level floor and careful handling during setup. The official NOCAI manual requires dismantling the wooden case and the foot cup fixed frame, placing the printer on a stable table before use, and ensuring the machine is normally grounded. A correctly installed base prevents vibration, misalignment, e defeitos de impressão. Because the base supports the entire 60 cm UV DTF integrated system, installation must follow the manual strictly and use a dedicated grounded power supply matching the nameplate voltage.

Site Preparation

Choose an indoor location with stable temperature (25–28°C) and humidity (35–65% RH). Keep the area away from direct sunlight, dust, open flames, and air conditioner drafts. Ensure at least 1 m clearance behind the machine and 90 cm on each side for operation and maintenance. The floor must be level and strong enough to support 280 kg plus operator load. Avoid wet or vibrating environments. Good ventilation is required to dissipate ink fumes.

Unpacking and Base Placement

Remove the outer wooden crate carefully with at least two people. Dismantle the foot cup fixed frame and transport locks. Lift the printer onto a stable table or dedicated stand. If the machine includes adjustable foot cups, position them on the base. Keep the machine’s appearance intact and free from shock during handling.

Leveling and Fixing

Adjust the foot cups or base leveling screws until the platform is perfectly horizontal. Use a spirit level on the flatbed surface. If the maximum and minimum height differences at the four corners exceed 0.3 milímetros, re-adjust—the NOCAI manual defines this 0.3 mm tolerance as the acceptable leveling standard. Tighten all locking nuts to secure the base. Ensure the printer does not rock or shift when gentle force is applied.

Grounding and Power Check

Verify the nameplate voltage: the NC-UVDTF60-PLUS requires AC 220V, 50/60Hz. Match it with your local power supply—using 110V in a 220V machine (or vice versa) is strictly prohibited. Connect the printer to a dedicated, properly grounded 3-pin outlet. Stabilizer is mandatory if local voltage is unstable. Route the power cord away from moving parts and ink lines.

Power-On Verification

With the base securely installed, connect the power cable and turn on the main power switch at the rear. The machine will start initialization: ink station and wiper lower simultaneously → carriage moves left → carriage moves right to limit → carriage returns above ink station → ink station caps the head. Observe whether the sequence completes smoothly. Confirm the carriage moves normally without unusual noise. Once verified, the NC-UVDTF60 PLUS Base Installation is complete and the printer is ready for the next steps: ink filling, RIP software installation, and test printing.

Post-Installation Care

Keep the installation site clean and dust-free. Perform monthly inspections of foot cups for looseness. Maintain a stable room temperature and humidity to protect print quality. Always power off and unplug before any cleaning or maintenance—the manual explicitly requires this. Use only NOCAI original ink and accessories to maintain warranty coverage.
