Preparação

Wire and ink connection

Insert the flat head cable with contacts facing the board; seat it straight, fully, and free of bent pins. Connect ink lines to the secondary cartridge, open valves slowly, and fill genuine Nocai UV ink by color. Perform nozzle exhaust: close valves, zero negative pressure, unscrew the cap, flush until smooth ink flow, remove bubbles, then restore vacuum.

Calibration and test spray

Power on, run initialization, and use driver/RIIN calibration for vertical, left-right, and front-rear tilt. Print a nozzle test; if channels miss, run auto cleaning or repeat exhaust until all fire.
