Apropriado NC-UV0609MAX-II Scraper replacement​ keeps the industrial printheads clean during maintenance cycles. The NC-UV0609MAX-II prints 600×900 mm with 0–180 mm height, uses Epson 13200-U1 white, 13200-U1HD color and 11600-U1 varnish, runs CMYK+LC+LM+LK+LIK+W+V at 720×600/900/1200 dpi, Miniservidor FlexiPRINT 22, 470C, CA 220/110 V, negative-pressure eco UV ink, 25–28ºC / 35–65% UR. The ink station includes a wiper motor, cap top, peristaltic pump and waste cartridge; the manual troubleshoots color mixing by checking whether the scraper scrapes the nozzle mirror normally during auto cleaning. Replacing a worn scraper restores even wiping and prevents banding.

Preparação

Removing the old scraper

Confirm the wiper motor can drive the scraper smoothly across all heads without obstruction.

Auto clean and nozzle test

Ligar, run Auto Cleaning in the driver or FlexiPRINT; the system executes scraping, ink washing and capping as configured. Print a nozzle test on transparent media; all CMYK+W+V channels should fire evenly. If gaps remain, clean again and retest. Post-replacement care

Wipe the scraper edge daily with UV cleaning solution, service the cap station and encoder strip per the manual, e use apenas tinta original Nocai, wiper and spare parts. Non-Nocai ink voids after-sales support. Keep 25–28°C / 35–65% RH for stable wiper performance.
