Preparação

Remove the old pump

Disconnect the pump cables from the board and label polarity. Inspect rollers, silicone tube hardness, cracks and ink buildup. Replace both the pump assembly and worn tubing when suction drops, pulsates or leaks during auto cleaning.

Install the new pump

Mount the OEM Nocai pump in the original orientation and tighten the bracket evenly. Fit specified silicone tubes without twists, secure clamps, and align rotation direction per the NC-UV0609MAX-II manual. Reconnect the power cable, route wires away from the X-axis belt, carriage path and UV lamp. Confirm the inlet serves the cap station and the outlet reaches the waste cartridge or bottle.

Prime and cleaning test
