Preparação

Desligar, desconectar, ground and wear antistatic gloves. Through the panel, driver ou FlexiPRINT, park the carriage over the cap station. Gather an OEM Nocai nozzle plate/head by BOM, screwdrivers, pinça, lenços umedecidos, UV cleaning solution, isopropyl alcohol and bracket photos. Diagnose and remove

Install and prime

Seat the OEM Nocai plate in the original orientation and tighten bracket screws evenly per manual. Reconnect the FFC fully, refit dampers and sacs by color, and route tubes without kinks. Set 2–3 mm head-to-media height, keep the plate parallel to the beam, and avoid overtightening. Ligar, run manual pump and Auto Cleaning until every channel reaches the waste bottle.

Test and care
