Apropriado NC-UV0609MAX-II grating strip replacement​ restores X-axis positioning on this 600×900 mm industrial UV printer. The machine prints 0–180 mm height, uses Epson 13200-U1 white, 13200-Cor U1HD e verniz 11600-U1, runs CMYK+LC+LM+LK+LIK+W+V at 720×600/900/1200 dpi, Miniservidor FlexiPRINT 22, 470C, CA 220/110 V, negative-pressure eco UV ink, 25–28ºC / 35–65% UR. Preparação

Remove the old strip

Install the new strip

Keep the strip parallel to the beam and away from printheads, cables and the UV lamp area.

Homing and accuracy test

Power on and move the carriage left or right; the control panel should show positive X-axis values that increase smoothly without jumps. Execute a limpeza automática, then print a nozzle test and an alignment grid. Measure printed size against design size. If drift remains, recenter the strip and clean the sensor slot.
