준비

Removing the Old Belt

Open the side or rear access panel covering the Y-axis drive assembly. Manually slide the flatbed to the center or home position. Loosen the tensioner nuts to release belt tension. Disengage the belt from the drive pulley and the idler pulley. If the belt ends are fixed by clamps or screws, remove those fasteners and slide the old belt out of its guide path. Inspect pulleys for debris or damage.

Installing the New Belt

Route the new belt over the drive pulley and idler pulley, following the original path. If the belt uses metal end clips or clamps, secure them into the mounting brackets on both ends. Pull the belt taut by hand to remove slack.
