Removing the Old Belt

Installing the New Belt

Engage the tensioner to apply initial tension. Use a belt tension gauge or the deflection method: press the belt midway between pulleys with moderate force – deflection should be 5–8 mm. Adjust the tensioner until correct. Tighten all locknuts.
