준비

전원 끄기, 플러그를 뽑다, ground and wear antistatic gloves. Through the panel, 드라이버 또는 FlexiPRINT, park the carriage over the cap station. Diagnose and remove

Disconnect the head FFC and ink fittings, unbolt the carriage block, and lift the old plate straight out without touching the nozzle surface.

Install and prime

Seat the OEM Nocai plate in the original orientation and tighten bracket screws evenly per manual. Reconnect the FFC fully, refit dampers and sacs by color, and route tubes without kinks. Set 2–3 mm head-to-media height, keep the plate parallel to the beam, and avoid overtightening. 전원 켜기, run manual pump and Auto Cleaning until every channel reaches the waste bottle.

Test and care
