NC-CylinderElf-IV-C New machine installation and debugging

적절한 NC-실린더Elf-IV-C New machine installation and debugging gets your 360° rotary UV printer production-ready. The NC-CylinderElf-IV-C is Nocai’s high-speed cup-and-pot digital inkjet UV printer, equipped with RICOH GEN5 printheads in CMYK+W+V mode, delivering up to 960×1200 dpi and printing a cup in as fast as 30 seconds. It handles objects 80–280 mm in length and Φ45–160 mm in diameter, with taper <5° and 2–13 mm high-drop capability. The machine measures 1320×915×1340 mm, weighs 240 kg, and requires AC 100V±10, 50/60Hz, 1500여. Commissioning correctly—site prep, uncrating, software install, ink filling, and test printing—ensures seamless 360° output from day one.

Site Preparation

Choose an indoor location with stable temperature 20–28°C and humidity 35–65% RH. Keep the area away from direct sunlight, dust, and open flames. Ensure the floor can support 240 kg plus operator load and is reasonably level. Provide a dedicated grounded power supply matching AC 100V±10, 50/60Hz. Prepare a workbench for the host computer and a stable network connection.

Uncrating and Placement

Remove the outer wooden crate with at least two people. Lift the printer onto its final position. Inspect the machine for shipping damage. Check that all packed accessories—power cord, ink cartridges, tools, and manuals—are present against the packing list.

Software and Driver Installation

Prepare a host computer running 64-bit Win7/Win8/Win10 with i5 or above CPU, 8 GB+ RAM, 250 GB+ hard disk, and a gigabit network adapter. Set IPv4 to obtain an IP address automatically and disable IPv6. Install the NC_CEIV_G5_ATools driver package as administrator. Once installed, the machine enters standby and waits for the software to go online. Configure the RIIN RIP software for the NC-CylinderElf-IV-C.

Ink Filling and Initialization

프린터 전원 켜기. Follow the manual’sHow to Add Inkchapter to fill each color with genuine Nocai UV ink—white ink must be shaken thoroughly and added in small, frequent amounts. Run Manual Inking to purge air from the lines until ink reaches the waste ink bottle. Run Auto Cleaning, then print a nozzle test strip via the TEST key. If missing nozzles appear, repeat manual head cleaning until the test strip is complete.

Test Printing and Acceptance

Load a sample tumbler or bottle onto the rotary fixture. Send a test print through RIIN. Verify 360° seamless wrap, 색상 정확도, and adhesion. Adjust the tilt angle for tapered objects to keep within 5°. Once the test prints meet quality standards with even nozzle firing, the NC-CylinderElf-IV-C New machine installation and debugging is complete and the printer is ready for full production.

Post-Commissioning Care

Stir ink regularly and enable the ink-stirring function. If idle beyond 3 days, add 3–5 drops of cleaning fluid to the cap top and seal the nozzle. Maintain 20–28°C / 35–65% RH. Use only Nocai original UV ink and cleaning solution to protect the printhead and maintain warranty coverage.
