Remplacement de la petite courroie de l'axe Y NC-UV0609PEIII-II

Approprié NC-UV0609PEIII-II Y-axis small belt replacement is required when the print bed moves jerkily, shows Y-direction banding, or the belt appears worn, stretched, or cracked. The Y-axis small belt transfers motion from the drive motor to the flatbed carriage. A degraded belt causes misregistration, positioning drift, and print defects. Replacing it restores accurate, smooth bed movement. Follow the steps below carefully.

Preparation

Power off the printer and disconnect the mains cable. Wear antistatic gloves. Clear the workspace and ensure good lighting. You will need: a new compatible Y-axis small belt (correct length and tooth profile), hex key set (2.0 mm, 2.5 mm, 3 mm), Phillips screwdriver, and a tension gauge or ruler for deflection measurement.

Removing the Old Belt

Open the side or rear access panel covering the Y-axis drive assembly. Manually slide the flatbed to the center or home position. Loosen the tensioner nuts to release belt tension. Disengage the belt from the drive pulley and the idler pulley. If the belt ends are fixed by clamps or screws, remove those fasteners and slide the old belt out of its guide path. Inspect pulleys for debris or damage.

Installing the New Belt

Route the new belt over the drive pulley and idler pulley, following the original path. If the belt uses metal end clips or clamps, secure them into the mounting brackets on both ends. Pull the belt taut by hand to remove slack. Engage the tensioner and tighten the adjusting nuts until the belt deflection measures 5–8 mm under moderate finger pressure at the midpoint between pulleys. Tighten all locknuts.

Testing and Calibration

Reconnect power and turn on the printer. Jog the flatbed forward and backward from the control panel. The motion should be smooth and quiet. Run the auto-homing routine. Print a test pattern with fine vertical lines to verify Y-axis registration. If banding persists, recheck belt tension and pulley alignment. Once motion is stable and prints are aligned, the NC-UV0609PEIII-II is ready for production.

Post-Replacement Checks

Operate the machine for one hour and re-check belt tension. Inspect belt tracking—ensure it rides centered on pulleys without rubbing. Periodically clean pulleys with a dry cloth. Replace the opposite-side belt if both show similar wear, to avoid uneven tension.
