Approprié NC-UV0609MAX-II Y-axis small belt replacement restores stable front-back platform movement on this 600×900 mm industrial UV printer. Le NC-UV0609MAX-II utilise Epson 13200-U1 blanc, 13200-Couleur U1HD et vernis 11600-U1, exécute CMYK+LC+LM+LK+LIK+W+V à 720×600/900/1200 dpi, FlexiPRINT 22, 470W, CA 220/110 V, encre UV écologique à pression négative, 25–28°C / 35–65% HR. The Y-axis drives the print platform; on many units this uses a screw guide, while some configurations or sub-assemblies use a small timing belt with an idler and tensioner. A loose or worn belt causes Y banding, step loss and misregistration. Fitting an OEM Nocai belt returns accurate movement.
Préparation
Éteindre, débrancher et vérifier la mise à la terre. Portez des gants antistatiques et assurez un bon éclairage. Move the platform to the front service position. Photograph the belt route, poulies, tensioner and cable clamps. Prepare an OEM Nocai Y-axis small belt with correct tooth profile and length, clés hexagonales, Pilote Phillips, tweezers and a tension gauge if available. Do not touch the printheads, encoder strip or ink lines during setup.
Retirez l'ancienne courroie
Loosen the tensioner until the belt relaxes. Release the belt clamp or idle pulley bracket, then slip the old belt off the motor pulley and Y pulley. Note the original routing direction. Remove the belt and inspect pulleys for worn teeth, poussière, ink mist and side wear. Nettoyer les rainures des poulies avant de monter la nouvelle courroie; replace the idler if it feels rough or noisy.
Install the new belt
Route the OEM belt along the original path without twisting. Seat it fully into the pulley grooves, then fit the clamp or idle pulley in the same position. Appliquer la tension initiale avec le tendeur. Keep the motor pulley and Y pulley in one plane so the belt does not rub the flange. Rotate the pulley by hand to confirm smooth engagement without skipping or scraping.
Tension and test move
Adjust tension per the NC-UV0609MAX-II manual—use a tension gauge rather than finger feel when possible. Reconnect power, then jog the platform forward and backward from the panel. Movement should be smooth, with no jump, squeak or Y shift. Print a step grid and bidirectional pattern; lines must stay aligned. Stable Y tracking completes the NC-UV0609MAX-II Y-axis small belt replacement.
Soins post-remplacement
Recheck tension after the first hour and again after one day. Gardez les poulies propres avec un chiffon sec, inspect the belt weekly for cracks or fraying, and lubricate guide rails per manual. Maintain 25–28°C / 35–65% HR, and use only Nocai original belts and eco UV ink.
