Adecuado NC-UV0609MAX-II Ink sac replacement restores negative-pressure feed on this 600×900 mm UV printer. It uses Epson 13200-U1 white, 13200-Color U1HD y barniz 11600-U1, prints CMYK+LC+LM+LK+LIK+W+V at 720×600/900/1200 dpi, FlexiPRINT 22, 470W., CA 220/110 V, tinta ecológica ultravioleta, 25–28°C/35–65% de humedad relativa. Worn sacs cause air intake, pressure drift and missing nozzles; OEM sacs restore stability.

Preparación

Power off, unplug, ground, and wear nitrile gloves. Move the carriage to maintenance via panel, driver or FlexiPRINT. Prepare an OEM Nocai sac/damper, toallitas, UV cleaner, pinzas, driver and matching eco UV ink. Photograph tubes, fittings and color labels before removal.

Identify faulty sac

Run nozzle test and manual pump in device maintenance; watch waste-bottle flow. Single-color gaps, surface droplets or unstable pressure indicate one sac. Confirm tubes and cap top are clear before replacing parts.

Remove old sac

Relieve negative pressure, disconnect inlet from cartridge and outlet to head. Unscrew fittings or unclip clamps, lift the old sac, and cap open lines. Inspect membrane, filter and tubes for hardening, clogging or air leaks.

Install new sac

Fit OEM Nocai sac by color orientation, seat filters, reconnect tubes without kinks, and tighten clamps lightly. Set negative-pressure parameters per NC-UV0609MAX-II manual. Ensure the sac avoids the beam, UV lamp and moving cables while supporting all CMYK+W+V channels.

Prime and test

Encendido, enter standby maintenance, run manual pump until ink reaches heads and waste bottle flows. Run automatic cleaning, then print a nozzle test on transparent media; all channels should fire. If gaps remain, recheck tubes, connectors or repeat cleaning. Stable output completes the task.

Post-replacement care

Inspect sacs weekly for bubbles and pressure drift. Service ink station, cap top, wiper and encoder per manual. Use only Nocai eco UV ink and OEM sacs; non-Nocai ink voids support. Maintain 25–28°C/35–65% RH.
