Adecuado NC-SLP20 New machine installation and debugging​ gets your high-precision color-scanning label UV printer production-ready. The NC-SLP20 is Nocai’s label-specific UV printer equipped with 2× Epson I1600-U1 printheads, entregando hasta 1200 dpi in CMYK+W or CMYK+Fluorescent+Anti-counterfeit modes, printing labels up to 200 mm wide at 29.54 m/h in fast mode. It runs on RIIN software, requires AC 220/110V 50/60Hz, 200W., and operates at 25–28°C / 35–65% RH. The machine weighs 70 kg with dimensions of 905×840×462 mm. Commissioning correctly—uncrating, initialization, driver and RIIN installation, ink filling, calibración, and test printing—ensures accurate, stable label output from day one.

Site Preparation and Uncrating

Choose an indoor location with air conditioning to keep temperature stable at 25–28°C and humidity 35–65% RH. Avoid fire, polvo, and wetness. Ensure normal grounding. Dismantle the wooden case and the foot cup fixed frame, then place the 70 kg printer on a stable table—use at least 4 people to lift. Verify the nameplate voltage matches your local power supply before connecting.

Machine Initialization

Connect the main power, turn on the rear main switch and the front power button. The printer executes its initialization sequence: the ink station descends to its lower limit, the wiper moves forward then returns to the rear limit, the carriage moves left, the paper roller feeds and returns, the carriage moves right to the limit, then returns above the ink station to cap the head—completing with “OK”. Confirm the carriage moves normally without unusual noise.

Paper Feeding

Remove the protective sheet metal. Place the printing material on the coiled sleeve at the rear, click UP on the key board, push the material into the middle of the paper roller, pull it out from the other end, and roll it onto the sleeve at the front of the machine. The gap sensor will automatically detect label edges for accurate positioning.

Adding Ink

Follow the “How to Add Ink” chapter. Use only genuine Nocai environmentally friendly UV curing ink—non-Nocai ink voids after-sales service. Fill each independent ink cartridge by the corresponding color. The system features automatic ink circulation and low-ink warnings; white ink should be stirred regularly to prevent sedimentation.

Driver and RIIN Installation

Install the driver package as administrator on a qualified Windows PC, configure the IP settings, then install Future Rip (RIN). In the driver, complete basic settings and calibration. When a new machine is installed, calibration must be performed from top to bottom. Click the calibration button and follow the software’s calibration process interface—calibrate at 480 o 360 dpi landscape printing accuracy. For higher calibration requirements, calibrate at high, medio, and low speeds; generally, only high speed needs calibration.

Nozzle Check and Test Printing

After calibration, click the nozzle check and compare with the schematic diagram. If the test strip shows ink-supply suspension or filament issues, run head cleaning. The correct result is normal, evenly distributed nozzles. Once nozzles fire completely, send a test label through RIIN. Verify color accuracy, nitidez del borde, and curing. Post-Commissioning Care
