Reemplazo del motor del eje X NC-CylinderElf-IV-A

Adecuado NC-CilindroElf-IV-A X-axis motor replacement restores smooth, accurate carriage motion when the printer shows erratic movement, grinding noises, belt slip, or position errors caused by motor failure. The NC-CylinderElf-IV-A is Nocai’s fourth-generation high-speed tumbler UV printer, equipped with RICOH GEN6×4 printheads, rated power 1500W, AC 220V, and running on the RIIN software platform, operating at 25–28°C / 35–65% RH. The X-axis motor drives the printhead carriage across the printing length of 80–280 mm. Un motor defectuoso provoca bandas, registro erróneo, and incomplete 360° rotary printing on cylinders. Replacing the motor with a genuine Nocai-matched part brings the carriage back to precise, repeatable motion.

Confirm the replacement motor’s shaft diameter, length, and connector type match the original before starting.

Quitar el motor viejo

Slide the carriage to a safe central position. Loosen the belt tensioner using the 2.0 mm hex key to relieve tension, then slip the timing belt off the motor pulley. Desconecte el cable del motor de la placa base.. Using the 2.5 mm hex key, remove the screws securing the motor bracket. Extraiga con cuidado el motor., noting its orientation and any shim placement. If the timing pulley must transfer, loosen its set screws with the 2.0 mm hex key and remove it with a puller to avoid damage.

Instalación del nuevo motor

Coloque el nuevo motor en el soporte con la misma orientación y cuñas.. If transferred, mount the timing pulley onto the new shaft—ensure one set screw seats on the shaft’s flat or cross-section. Tighten the pulley set screws, then secure the motor mounting bolts. Reinstall the timing belt over the pulley and adjust the tensioner so the belt deflects about 5–10 mm under moderate finger pressure—not too loose, not too tight.

Pruebas y Verificación

Vuelva a conectar el cable del motor., alejándolo de las piezas móviles. Vuelva a conectar la alimentación y encienda la impresora.. En la pantalla táctil, grifo “Prepare – All” (the home icon) to initiate the homing routine. The carriage should move to the left limit, reverse to the right limit, then return to the zero position smoothly. Escuche ruidos inusuales. Print a test pattern to verify bidirectional registration and check for banding. If alignment is correct and motion is smooth, the NC-CylinderElf-IV-A X-axis motor replacement is complete and the printer is ready for production.

Cuidados posteriores al reemplazo

Monitor carriage movement for the first hour of operation. Vuelva a apretar la tensión de la correa después 8 hours of runtime, as new belts settle. Periodically inspect the motor cable near the drag chain for wear. Maintain the workshop at 25–28°C and 35–65% RH to protect electronic components. Keep the replacement date and part number on file for future maintenance tracking.
