Vorbereitung

Removing the old scraper

Confirm the wiper motor can drive the scraper smoothly across all heads without obstruction.

Auto clean and nozzle test

Einschalten, run Auto Cleaning in the driver or FlexiPRINT; the system executes scraping, ink washing and capping as configured. Print a nozzle test on transparent media; all CMYK+W+V channels should fire evenly. If gaps remain, clean again and retest. Post-replacement care
