On the afternoon of June 17, in the first conference room of the company, a symposium was held for newly recruited college students. The meeting was attended by 15 representatives of college students and employees who joined the company last year. Wang Guangle, general manager of the company, Wu Xiao, director of operations, and the person in charge of the R&D center and the person in charge of the production center had a discussion and exchange with the representatives of college students and employees.
At the meeting, the representatives of the newly recruited college students introduced their personal resumes and understanding of the new posts, and talked about their recent work and imagination for the future. Everyone has expressed that they should study actively, seek advice, combine the theoretical knowledge learned in school with practice, enter the role as soon as possible, and make due contributions to the development of the company as soon as possible. The representatives of the employees who joined in 2024 shared their work and learning experience based on their own growth process. The leader of R&D and production centers also shared their work experience and personal development planning suggestions. When it comes to promoting the high-quality development of Nuocai, Wu Xiao, director of operations, pointed out that in the next three years, we will continue to increase investment in research and development, accelerate the development of new models and iterations of current models, increase investment in infrastructure, and complete the construction of 30,000 square meters in Wusha and 23,000 square meters in Dagang this year and next year. The total plant area reaches 80,000 square meters, and the production capacity reaches more than 10,000 units. Increase investment in talents, continue to introduce high-end talents and the cultivation of existing talents, and improve the company’s R&D capabilities comprehensively. This requires every colleague, especially in technical posts, to be a key link in the innovation chain.
In the discussion and exchange session, the new employees shared their learning experience, insights and development plans in different posts. The atmosphere was warm and harmonious, and the new employees spoke and asked questions actively on topics such as career development planning paths and cross-departmental collaboration process optimization based on their actual feelings and confusion encountered in their work, and the participating leaders listened carefully and recorded.
