Take natural wood or cement panels. Will ink seep in? Will colors fade? We need to find ways to stop materials from “absorbing” ink.

From spheres and wavy panels to even pebbles. How can print heads follow surface contours? Will images distort?

Leather, films, thin plastics. How to cure ink without damaging the material? Will patterns crack when bent?
