Installing the New Pad

Testing

Reconnect power and turn on the printer. Enter the maintenance menu and reset the waste ink counter (refer to service manual for procedure). Run a cleaning cycle and observe the pad absorbing ink without overflow. Print a test pattern to confirm normal operation. Post-Replacement Care
